Prof. dr. Agota Giedrė Raišienė is the main initiator and co-founder of Academic Association of Management and Administration (AVADA).

Since 2001, she is a researcher and professor at the Dept. of Management at Mykolas Romeris University (Vilnius, Lithuania). Her main university teaching subject is organizational behavior, and her scientific research field covers inter-organizational partnership and cooperation, ICT and techno-stress, leadership and contemporary management. She has authored and co-authored several monographs in Lithuania and abroad, scientific studies (books) and textbooks, and published more than 40 scientific articles in scientific journals. She was a visiting professor at Universities in Spain, Slovakia, France, Finland, and Austria.

Agota Giedre Raisiene is also co-founder and partner of JSC „Bridge2Apex“ (www.bridge2apex.lt) since 2007, and she has extensive experience of top managers training at both public and private sector organizations spanning over 20 years. In the private sector, she has trained managers of some of the most prominent businesses in the country.

Agota Giedre Raisiene is a freelance writer at monthly published magazines “Psichologija Tau” (Psychologies for You) and “Aš ir psichologija” (I and Psychology), and at newspaper “Verslo žinios” (Business news). She has published 17 articles at the press of Lithuania.

 

Assoc. Prof. Dr. Renata Korsakienė holds a Ph.D. degree in Management from Vilnius Gediminas technical university, Lithuania. She joined Business Management Faculty in autumn 2001. She was previously working in public and business companies.

Dr. Korsakiene’s research focuses on business internationalization, international entrepreneurship, human and social capital, regional development issues. Dr. Korsakiene has authored more than sixty publications, a monograph “The second career of officers and soldiers”, a study “The development of expertise skills of education divisions’ specialists in the county governors and municipal administration” and six made up of books and research articles, published in scientific journals, indexed and abstracted in numerous international databases and refereed international conference proceedings in Europe and Asia. Dr. Korsakiene has delivered courses in different universities in a number of countries including Switzerland, Spain, Portugal, and Turkey. She has gained awards and international recognition, for example, from the Latvian Government and International Entrepreneurship Forum (Essex University).

Dr. Korsakiene has served on the editorial board of the “Journal of Security and Sustainability Issues” (ISSN 2029-7017), “Entrepreneurship and Sustainability Issues” (ISSN 2345-0282), “Management Studies” (ISSN 2328-2185). She has served on scientific committees of international conferences organized in Lithuania.

She carried projects financed by the EU structural funds and the Republic of Lithuania. At present, she is undertaking a two years project “The impact of entrepreneurs’ managerial potential on internationalization of SMEs” financed by the Research Council of Lithuania (project No. MIP-097/2014). The project aims to integrate networking approach, social identity theory, and cognitive approach, institutional and international theories in order to reveal and compare the situation of Lithuanian SMEs in trade, manufacturing and service sectors and to determine the managerial potential of entrepreneurs. The research, we believe, will let us to assess the impact of managerial potential on internationalization of SMEs.

 

Prof. Dr. Liudmila Bagdonienė works at the Department of Strategic Management, Faculty of Economics and Business, Kaunas University of Technology (KTU), and delivers the following study subjects: Contemporary Management, Services Innovations, Strategic Service Management, Customer Relationship Management, Intercultural Marketing and Place Marketing. In addition, she delivers the study subject Services Marketing at the Lithuanian University of Health Sciences.

She is the member of the KTU master’s degree qualification commission in International business; the chair of the qualification commission for executive master’s studies in Business administration (Executive MBA) at European Humanities University (EHU); the member of the committee for doctoral studies in Management and administration, KTU. The professor supervises preparation of dissertations; in addition, she takes part in the work of the dissertation defence council as the council’s member or the opponent.

Prof. L. Bagdonienė is the author of the monograph, science study and more than 30 scientific articles and the co-author of two textbooks and two learning resources. She is constantly invited to review the scientific articles published in Lithuania and abroad as well as she is the reviewer of many scientific monographs, science studies, textbooks, and resources for learning. Research interests: management of knowledge intensive business subjects’ relations (service provider and consumer, business partners, competitors), service innovations, customer’s integration into service system, management of customer’s experience.

Prof. L. Bagdonienė took part in the internship in France, Russia; actively participates in expert scientific activities and international projects: she is the member of the Association for Research on Services RESER (RESER); possesses the experience of the work in scientific committees of scientific events; is the member of the editorial board of the scientific journal Science and Educational Processes as well as of the scientific journal Contemporary Research on Management and Administration (CROMA). She is the member of the advisory board in the Framework 7 project CRISP (Creation of Innovative Pathways for Europe); in 2011 took part in the preparation of the COST project ESIN – European Service Innovation Network: a Framework for Knowledge Exchange, Learning and Best Practice Development.

 

Erika Vaiginienė

Dr. Erika Vaiginiene became deputy director for research, innovation and quality in International Business School at Vilnius University in 2011. Before that, she established an Innovation and Entrepreneurship Centre at the same business school and started to develop knowledge commercialization activities. She initiated Entrepreneurship research group at International business School at Vilnius University and in partnership with Ministry of Economy as well as “Enterprise Lithuania” she started a yearly Global Entrepreneurship Monitor research activities in Lithuania since 2011. As a result Lithuania was involved in to the Global Entrepreneurship Development Index (GEDI) ranking since 2013.

Her work experience she started in her parents small business company– group of sewing factories, later she established a social enterprise for the activities of her husband (www.orkestromokykla.lt ). When she started to work at Vilnius University she was asked to teach “small business management” which was very successful among students because of its practical content.

 

Mantas Bileišis, PhD is a lecturer at the Dept. of Public Administration at Mykolas Romeris University and teaches Systems Approach in Public Administration and other Public Administration subjects. Has read intensive courses at universities in Belgium, the Netherlands, Turkey, Poland. Has authored multiple articles and co-authored two books. His area of scientific interest covers: comparative public governance, relations between state and society, impact of social institutions on organizational outcomes.

 

Dr. Raminta Pučėtaitė

Raminta Pučėtaitė is an associate professor of Business Ethics and Corporate Social Responsibility at Kaunas Faculty of Humanities, Vilnius University in Lithuania and an adjunct professor of Organizational Ethics and Human Resource Management at the University of Jyväskylä, School of Business and Economics, Finland. She has carried out research in the field of business and organizational ethics, corporate social responsibility and human resource management with a focus on the peculiarities of post-soviet societies since 1999. She gives lectures and trainings on the related topics to business and public organizations, acts as a national expert, project manager and developer in international projects on social responsibility, responsible management and leadership, employee well-being and social entrepreneurship. She has (co-)authored more than 30 articles in international journals such as Journal of Business Ethics and Business Ethics: a European Review, the leading journals publishing research on business ethics, and other volumes published by Springer and Routledge publishing houses.

R.Pučėtaitė has held grants and scholarships for research and study visits at the University of Jyväskylä School of Business and Economics (Finland, 2004), Sankt Gallen University Business Ethics Institute (Switzerland, 2004-2005), Ethics Sector of Philosophy Institute of Russian Academy of Sciences (2004, 2005, 2007), The National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine (2012), Business School of Queensland University (Australia, 2014), Wageningen University (Netherlands, 2015). She has taught Business Ethics and Corporate Social Responsibility and Arts Organizations and Projects Management to postgraduates, Business Ethics and Human Resource Management to undergraduates of Vilnius University and Business Ethics and Human Resource management (advanced level), Business and Leadership Ethics (basic level) to students of the University of Jyväskylä. R.Pučėtaitė is an active member of scientific and organizational committees of international conferences, has organized PhD seminars on the topics related to organizational ethics, sits on editorial boards of international journals Journal of Management and Change and Electronic Journal of Business Ethics and Organization Studies and reviews for the Journal of Business Ethics.

 

PhD candidate Rūta Tamošiūnaitė - Lecturer, researcher. Represented institution Mykolas Romeris University (Lithuania). Active in science communication: managing editor of research paper journal “Social Technologies“, manager for a research program under the same title. A memebr of Mykolas Romeris University Study Quality Assurance Committee. Rūta is organizational committee member for few annual international scientific conferences ("Social Technology" mruni.eu/soctech2014, SOCIN socin2014.mruni.eu , STICS stics.mruni.eu, AVADA conference.avada.lt ) .

Rūta improoved her skills in Carl von Ossietzky University Oldenburg (Germany), Zagreb University (Croatia), Polytechnic Institute of Santarém (Portugal), Sami Schamoon Engineering College (Israel), Bratislava higher school of Economics and Management in Public Administration (Slovakia), University of Economics (Slovakia). In the field of science communication she improved her skills in international projects, also from technology transfer professionals from Bremen Information Technology and Engineering Center (Germany). In seminar cycle organized by Academic Management and Administration Association she tought a seminar on science communication ''Science communication. How a scientist can reach one‘s target audience?“.

Extensive experience in preparation of management field and interdisciplinary undergraduate and graduate study programs, participation in national and international study and research projects.

Alone and with colleagues published over twenty scientific papers. Among them two scientific research studies: "The concept of intellectual capital" and "Effective Management Guidelines: theoretical insights and Lithuanian organizations cases“. Prepared five methodological books for study process developement.
